Introduction to Mindfulness in Chambers

This 75-minute session explains the concept of mindfulness, its recognised benefits and how the practice can help you to reduce stress, improve focus, sleep better and enjoy an improved sense of well-being at work.

It has been specifically tailored for barristers and clerks and can be delivered in chambers. This practical session includes a Q & A, a hand-out containing suggested workplace practices and a short mindfulness meditation.
