Time to Meditate?

When we start to meditate, we are often faced with many challenges. One of the greatest difficulties can involve carving out the time to meditate, even if it's only for 5 or 10 minutes a day. Dr. John Kabat Zinn advises us to practice as though our lives depend upon it, such is the importance of the benefits that can be reaped from a regular practice. But even if we can find only a matter of a few minutes, these minutes can make all the difference to the rest of our day. Short practices can be very powerful and allow us to create space to decide how to respond to situations, rather than knee-jerk react.
